Indulum is built by Coal Snap, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We built Indulum for plant floor engineers — we understand that the data you work with is sensitive, and we treat it accordingly.
Waitlist signups: Name, email address, role, and platform preference. Used only to notify you of launch and send early access pricing. Never sold.
App usage (free tier): All data — notes, photos, guides, L5X imports — is stored locally on your device only. We collect no telemetry, no usage data, and no analytics from free-tier users.
App usage (paid / team tier): When you opt into cloud sync, your content is stored in Supabase (hosted in the US). You are informed before any data leaves your device. Your L5X files are never uploaded under any tier.
L5X files contain your client's intellectual property. Indulum parses L5X files entirely on-device. No portion of an L5X file is transmitted to our servers or any third-party service under any circumstances. This is enforced in the app architecture, not just policy.
Voice recording and transcription use on-device processing only (Apple Speech framework with on-device recognition required). Audio is never uploaded to any server.
You can request deletion of your waitlist entry or cloud account data at any time by emailing hello@indulum.com. Local device data is yours — delete the app to remove it.
