By using Indulum (the "App") or indulum.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. Indulum is operated by Coal Snap, LLC.
Indulum is a professional tool for controls engineers and industrial technicians. You may use it for lawful professional purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its exports.
Notes, photos, guides, voice recordings, and imported files you create in Indulum are yours. We claim no ownership over your content. For free-tier users, content stays on your device and we have no access to it. For paid/team users who opt into sync, your content is stored securely and can be deleted at your request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use any PLC program files (L5X or otherwise) in Indulum. Indulum processes these files locally and does not transmit them. Do not import files belonging to clients or employers without appropriate authorization.
Indulum is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the app is error-free or that fault reference information is complete or accurate. Always verify critical information against manufacturer documentation and your own professional judgment. Never rely solely on Indulum for safety-critical decisions.
Coal Snap, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of Indulum, including equipment damage, production loss, or injury. Industrial work carries inherent risk — Indulum is a documentation and reference tool, not a substitute for qualified engineering judgment.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
